Tropic Days Backpackers Hostel Terms and Conditions

• Pick ups between 8.00am until 8.30pm. Otherwise we can arrange a late self check in.
• Free evening meal is at "The Woolshed" must be over 18 to dine here. These are 5 nights per week, not on Monday Nights as we have our Famous BBQ and Pizza Nights on Thursday (Please see office for prices).
• Air conditioning are on timers and cost $1 for 3 hours
• Cancellations Policy is 48 Hours from 10am on your day of arrival. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will attract a cancellation fee of one night's stay.

Office hours are 7am until 12 noon and then from 4pm until 8pm.We do however divert the phone between 12 noon and 4pm. We also release an afterhours number in the case of an emergency. If your arrival time is outside these hours, you will receive a self check in procedure at the time of confirmation.
